Removing or correcting a listing

No account needed. Use the “Report a problem or request removal” link on any listing, or email remove@booct.com, and tell us the listing and what you'd like changed or removed. You don't need to prove ownership to have a listing removed.
What happens
You'll get an automatic acknowledgement immediately. We action:
- Removals and corrections within 2 business days.
- Urgent requests — anything involving copyright, defamation, personal safety, or personal information — as a priority, usually the same day.
It stays gone
When we remove a listing, we add it to a suppression list so it isn't recreated the next time we update the directory from public sources.
Copyright or defamation
If a listing contains material you believe infringes your copyright or is defamatory, email remove@booct.com with the details and the URL. We'll take the item down promptly while we review it.
